Why should Indian advertisers focus on mobile marketing?

If you were a business owner in India you’d seriously consider adding mobile advertising to your marketing mix right now.

According to a recent Gartner report mobile connections in India will exceed 900 million by 2016 – that is about 72% penetration. In addition the GSMA announced that India will become the 2nd largest mobile broadband market globally within the next four years with 367 million mobile broadband connections by 2016. India will overtake the US, which will account for 337 million Mobile Broadband connections by 2016.
